Keep windows (lower deck) and maintain their position for the moment.
Making an entire re-build would be as high as a 3 building:

It is more practical to make only 2 (lower and upper deck = 5,50 metres height) - so:
- hulls (and bridge) can be built later at other, nearby location
- lower deck must contain pretend-hatches to hull access (for example galley / machine rooms)
- upper deck must contain fake stairs or ladder as bridge access
